Return Policy
Within 14 days and with the receipt. Returns can be made for exchange on any other item or in-store credit. Store credit may be used at any time and on any item. It never expires. All returns require original packaging and tags.
Special Orders
Orders on items that we do not have in our inventory are available. These take much consideration, so in order to get exactly what you are looking for, please call or e-mail us with the best description possible and we will try to find it for you. Then we will return your call or e-mail with clarification and options for you before we place the order. Special orders take a minimum of 2 weeks to ship out but can take up to 12 weeks. You will be notified of the estimated order time. There are no returns on special orders under any circumstance.
